Simply yet exquisitely designed for beachside living, Ka Momi is as close to the ocean as a home can get. This new build offers a comfortable central living/dining area & convenient kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. Designed for optimal privacy, the two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the house. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and private full-bath with walk-in, tiled shower. From each bedroom step directly out the large sliding door to the ocean-facing lanai. This covered lanai has ample seating for reading, relaxing or gathering, plus a large six-person dining table. Large windows and sliding screen doors offers the opportunity to experience the fresh ocean air. For your comfort, the home also has central AC and ceiling fans throughout, including fans on the lanai. Mature plantings include an herb garden, a mango tree, crown flowers that attract monarch butterflies, and fragrant tiare gardenia. Sand greets you at the first level lanai and the beach is steps away. Turtles, fish and manta rays can be enjoyed while snorkeling out front or rental kayaks and/or SUPS can be delivered for your recreation. Enjoy the ocean views, proximity to the sandy beach and the outdoor shower with hot and cold water at this ideal beach home. This home is available for rentals of 31 nights or more.
