The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please clean up the kitchen after the last meal wiping down the stove top, oven and microwave of food and spills. Load but do not run dishwasher. Put moved furniture back in place. Sign out Netflix
Leave food and drinks that the cleaners may enjoy but remove food from containers and wash or place them rinsed into the dishwasher. Throw away 1/4 or less food or liquids.
Do not strip beds. Put linens and pillows back on top. Put towels either in bathtub or shower, or stack in front of laundry closet. Be sure to inspect upholstery, carpets & linens free of spills.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Member of The Club - 2025 $195 daily rate for both the Mauna Kea and the Westin Hapuna resorts for up to 8 registered guests.
Just the Mauna Kea has some construction as it's building a new workout center, pool and spa but does not interfere with resort amenities.
Only contracted guests may stay in unit and have resort access.
