•There is no front desk on the property. Guest check-in at Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER’s office located at the Kings’ Shops, 69-250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13.

•Comfortable 2nd floor walk-up townhome overlooking the Kalauipua’a Historic Park

•No elevators; persons must be able to climb stairs to enter unit

•Fully equipped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, cookware and tableware

•Welcome essentials kit includes coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent

Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm daily. Guests arriving after 5pm must contact the office prior to arrival at kcc@outrigger.com or 808-886-0036 to receive important check-in instructions.
