Amazing Base for Exploring Southern Utah!

This was a great little place that really did fit our family of 6 (me, the Mrs. & 16, 14, 12 and 5). Clean and well laid out for it's size with everything you need if you plan to cook instead of eating out like we do. Make sure you are okay with driving for day adventures before staying in Kanab--its 30 minutes to the East Entrance of Zion, about an hour and fifteen from Bryce, 45 minutes from Wire Pass. My crew is a die hard road trip family so we didn't have an issue. If our adventures take us to Southern Utah again we will definitely return!

Great Rental

Very well maintained and clean! Also had extra supplies, which we did not expect. Offered earlier check in as the place was ready. We haven’t experienced that often. We use VRBO a lot and this was one of the best we have stayed in.

Perfect stay to discover Utah and relax

From the first moment you feal home. Everything has been though of. The old house, Rodeo, the landscape is worth visiting. In the night you can try to count the stars. We missed the shadow near the house in the form of sun protection or some drought-resistant plants.

This is the cutest little house! It was clean, easy to locate, and very peaceful. The views are breathtaking. The host really thought of everything so we felt right at home. The host was extremely kind and communicative. I would definitely stay again if Im ever in town!

Perfect Spot

Stayed here to be able to hike Bryce Canyon and Zion. The property was great and the host was very easy to deal with and communicate with. Zero issues.
