Welcoming staff and thoughtful touches, like a basket of towels at the entrance to dry off with if you arrived wet from the rain. Extra towels in the room to use as necessary. Excellent coffee. Wholesome breakfast. Stylish, relaxing bar/lounge. Great location.

Cute little hotel, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and hospitalble, in true japanese fashion which i whole heartedly believe is second to none in the world. Plenty of great places to eat nearby and walking distance to many central landmarks.

This is a delightful place to stay. Although it is central and convenient for the major tourist attractions, it is quiet. It is also easy to find. Most of all, the staff are welcoming and friendly - so nice to arrive to the smell of homemade granola and roasted sesame seeds! It is rather quaint and interesting. It has a comfortable and nicely designed bar, just right for relaxing after a full day of walking. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pacific Kanazawa.

Great place close to everything!

Hotel Pacific is perfectly located to enjoy Kanazawa. The staff was amazing. The bed was soft (which I like!) and the pillows were perfect! They have a little coffee shop. The cafe also serves some fun cocktails and their famous ginger drink. I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend.

The room was cute and bright. It was small but that’s been the norm for my three weeks in Japan. I was comfortable and the PJs were nice. The location was also walkable to everywhere I wanted to go.
