We enjoyed our location being very central to the city and the castle. Upon registering, we were well treated by the staff right up until we left. Our room was large by Japanese standards and facing the sun in the morning. The bathroom was perfect and everything was clean.

Hotel Resol Trinity Kanazawa was a great choice. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is excellent, and the room was very comfortable. What we liked most was that on every floor there is a small room where guests can go to choose additional pillows of varying thickness and weight—a very convenient touch. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel based on our very positive experience.

The hotel is very well located for rail station, castle, gardens, market and Samurai district. All very walkable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Luggage transfer system makes travelling easier. I really enjoyed my stay at Resol Trinity Kanazawa. The location is hard to beat – it's close to everything, including the beautiful Kenrokuen Garden and the Omicho Market, both just a short walk away. Despite being so central, the area still felt quiet at night. The room was a nice size, everything was clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was the friendly staff. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming, helpful with directions, and happy to store luggage or offer local tips. They even scheduled a taxi for my departure day since I was heading out super early in the morning. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located base to explore Kanazawa's highlights, Resol Trinity Kanazawa is a solid choice. Would happily stay again.

Good location, close to local amenities including shops/eateries and most major attractions. The main train station is approximately a 15min walk away which was convenient. The room was compact, but manageable for a couple of nights and was clean. Check in and out was quick and efficient and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout whilst we explored for the rest of the afternoon which was super helpful. Can't vouch for the breakfast as we didn't have this included, but free hot water and coffee were available in the lobby. The lobby however stunk of cigarettes as there was a smoking area nearby.
