Good location for the food area

The apartment was a good size for a small family. The rooms are clean with good amenities and well heated if the weather turns cold! It is a slight mission to get the key details first from reception then go into the apartment if kids are smaller - taking a taxi should be easy but only if you have the address details all in Japanese.

Peaceful, clean, well-located Japanese apartment

We are a family of 4 travelling for tourism in Japan, and we chose this apartment for its location and the washing machine. (After a week of travel, we needed to do our laundry!) We were very happy with the experience. You first have to go to the office, which is about an 8 minute walk from the main station, just off the main street (past the police station, on the left). Not hard to find, but it's good to be able to call. Kana speaks good English and was extremely helpful, like a concierge, explaining everything, booking taxis for us (we had a lot of luggage), giving us printed guides, and booking our tour of the famous "Ninja Temple" (which has nothing to do with Ninjas but is well worth seeing). The apartment is just across the river from the central shopping and restaurant area, in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the river. (We were on the first floor, which is one level above the street, and didn't hear any traffic or neighbor noise.) Everything was perfect in the modern Japanese apartment, including internet, ac, kitchenette, washing machine, bathroom, double bed and futons, etc. It's was a short walk (about 8 minutes) to the Ninja Temple, and less to the nearest stops of the loop bus that takes you to other attractions. In the shopping area across the bridge there are at least 5 convenience stores (including two Seven Elevens which have ATMs that accept foreign cards) and a big grocery store, Daiwa. We highly recommend this apartment.

Not clean enough

Too difficult to find a parking slot. Fee for parking is expensive. Only one double bed for 4 persons. Two of them had to sleep on floor. Cups and kitchen utensils were not clean enough. Staff at office was careless, giving us a wrong access password!

Nice room with good view

A quiet place that close to the downtown with a nice river view. The place is also close to the must-go attraction, Myoryuji.

I think you can say this is a apartment, should not be treat as a hotel. But in fact, this is more relax, and convenient.. I like to stay at this kind (something like apartment service). You will like it. And you can find it easily thru google map.
