Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and property were in excellent condition. The breakfast was the best I have had from a hotel in Japan with the baked goods being notable. The evening cocktail was much appreciated. Amenities such as face masks and skin care as well as lounge wear made the experience fantastic. The onsen was very nice and never crowded. Tattoo must be covered but I went when empty to avoid that. The washer was reasonably priced at 200 y and soap was available for free, dryers free. I paid 700 yen to do one load at another hotel so thank you! I was able to receive and ship my bags. Close to konbinis. Able to choose your pillow! I'm a customer for life.

The natural hot spring baths (onsen) for both men and women were a welcome respite for our weary bodies from traveling. We stayed in a family room with two sets of twin bunk beds. I like that the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood. The morning breakfast buffet had a good selection of options. I have two complaints. The auto opening front door broke during our stay and while it was fixed by maintenance workers rather quickly, it was an inconvenience as there was no way to signal to the front desk that you were standing outside trying to get in. Additionally, the lightening in our room was very poor. Only two small ceiling lights were installed and two very small bed lights. Yes, we did have a floor lamp, but it only illuminated a small portion of our long rectangular shaped room. Better lighting would be appreciated.

역에서 걸어서 5분거리라 위치 좋고 직원들 친절하고 시설 깔끔해서 나무랄데가 없습니다. 칫솔이랑 마스크팩같은 어메니티 아주 많이 주고 아침식사도 깔끔해서 괜찮습니다. 밤마다 술도 공짜로 주고 여러 음료수 맘대로 마시게 해 줍니다. 방이 조금 작은편인데 이미 예상했던거라 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 추천합니다

従業員の方の対応が悪い

朝食時、味噌汁の機械を操作していたら、具が欠品していたのにもかかわらず、年配の女性の従業員の方に「味噌汁を入れる際は具から入れないと、男の人だからわからないか」と言われとても気分が悪くなった。また、この従業員の片町はおかずを追加する時の声が大きくてうるさかった。 スーパーホテルは好きだったが、このような従業員の方がいると次から別のホテルに変えようと考えてしまう。
