Modern hotel with great amenities. Conveniently located to visit the Kenrokuen Gardens, the 21st Century Museum of Art, the Geisha districts. Breakfast was included in the room charge, with a good selection of food, both western and local. Staff were very helpful and happy to offer suggestions.

We were lucky enough to have the private hot tub, and it had a view of the city, which was lovely. The staff spoke English. The grounds were very clean. The room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was close enough to everything.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in 4 trips to Japan. Very well located, close to Kanazat Catholic Church, amazingly well equipped, decorations made us feel in a very nice place, bigger room than it used to be in Japanese occidental style hotels, staff very kind and willing to serve, very well trained in customer care.
