Kaew (the lady that ran the hotel) was an absolute gem. She gave a great personal service, was extremely helpful and a delight to chat to every day. Value for money was very good. We felt like part of the family. Breakfast was made whenever was convenient for us. Self-service hot or cold coffee, chocolate and tea was available 24/7. We even got a free lift to and from the station.

Hotels.com info not correct, but GREAT Staff!

At first I was expecting what the Hotels.com displayed on their site. It mentioned a free shuttle so I called on a phone and was a wrong number listed. Researched another number and said they were busy cleaning and to take a taxi. Was overcharged by the taxi. It also mentioned a restaurant on site, but wasn’t open, maybe because it was low season. So don’t be expecting local area shuttle, a restaurant, or pool. This disappointed me greatly, and mentioned it to the very sweet owner who said it was wrong and will change the listing soon. I’d be giving it a lower score, but the kindness and very attentive staff made up for the misinformation. They told me how to get on a bus to Erawan Falls and how to take one of their bicycles to the famous bridge, which is only a few minutes bike ride. The breakfasts were the best I’ve had in Thailand so far. The bathroom was huge and the aircon worked very well. They gave me a ride to a motorbike rental and negotiated a nice deal for me so I could motorbike to see the massive monkey tree and Hellfire Pass (please go)! Lots of barking dogs down this street and some howl-a-thons happened during the night.

Sweet accommodation

We were treated like family. This out of the way motel type accommodation was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good wifi,lovely breakfast,and best of all value. great price! Would return!

Friendly hosts. Only drawback is distance from town. Ok if you have own transport such as bike or car. Can easily rent bikes from town. Good if you like peace and quiet away from crowd

Lovely place at very affordable price

Lovely location. Comfortable and clean enough compare with the price you paid for. Very convenient walking to the railway bridge. We don't really fancy the resort's breakfast because we love and always go for local street foods in the morning, which very easy to find around here.

A relaxing stay

A very homely feel to the place. The family who ran the property were very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could; for instance when I had to catch a train at 06.15 and was intending to cycle to the station, the owner was up at 05.30 preparing a packed breakfast, with the car ready to give me a lift. The restaurant is very reasonable and serves delicious food.

Nous sommes arrivées plutôt mais tout était prêt, la propriétaire est vraiment au service du client, elle nous conduit sur les sites touristique connus et non connus, la nourriture est excellente (vraie cuisine thaï) de surcroît pas chère, si je pouvait donner 10 étoiles je le ferait je vous recommande vraiment cet hôtel, on se croit a la maison, expérience exceptionnelle
