I rented this house for 7 days for 11 family members to celebrate my 80th birthday, a milestone. The listing online was posted as a 30-day rental which I kept questioning; it was finally updated. First there was no air conditioning and the portable units were inadequate so it was quite warm through the house. There were no smoke detectors and no escape route except the front door on the bottom level of the 3 level home. The second day we had a major sewer backup into the bottom shower, bathroom and bedroom that forced us to vacate and find another place to stay for the rest of the trip. Very disappointing.
