The smaller house offers about 60 m2 of living space on two floors – on the ground floor there is a modern eat-in kitchen with sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and a WC. From the ground floor a staircase leads to the open bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
