Welcome to Meadow Mist! This brand new four bedroom/two bathroom holiday home is nestled right in the heart of the stunning Kangaroo Valley. The home is located on 7 acres with direct access to the pristine Kangaroo River and enjoys a sunny northerly outlook towards the river and the mountains beyond. It is also conveniently located just a short two minute walk from the shops and cafes of Kangaroo Valley Village village.

The open plan living area is full of light with large glass sliding doors opening up onto the veranda. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in front of the slow combustion wood fireplace (wood provided May - September) and their comfort is assured year round with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the property.

There is also a separate media room adjoining the main living area where the kids can watch a movie without disturbing the adults. A second smaller TV is also located in the main living area.

For those looking to prepare meals the kitchen is fully equipped including a large 900mm oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). There is also a Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining table located on the veranda for alfresco dining.

Meadow Mist boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite and the remaining three bedrooms each have Queen beds making the property perfect for groups of up to 8.

In addition to the ensuite the second main bathroom is complete with a spacious bath tub to unwind after an adventurous day of exploring. For added convenience this bathroom offers a separate toilet with a third toilet also being located in the laundry.

From Meadow Mist, it is just a short walk or drive to local attractions and activities that Kangaroo Valley offers. Whether you're up for bush walking, visiting historic sites, or exploring local eateries - there's something for absolutely everyone!

Absolute ideal family home for a group getaway. Super modern and clean. Great open entertaining areas inside and out. An extremely short stroll into the village. Will definitely be on our itinerary for a yearly group catch up. Comfy beds and every aspect of what you may need on a short or long stay was thought of. Check in and out experience was also extremely easy.
