When booked we had no idea it was under construction. From the second the doors opened when we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of paint. Anyone with COPD would have gone into an immediate episode. No closet, no place to hang our cloths, no dresser, we had to plug all lamps in cuz there was no light. Whoever painted the room got paint all over everything. Would not stay again.

They didn’t let us know that room service was only by request, so after a long day we came back to a dirty room and didn’t have in-room coffee for the following day. So I had to get coffee from the lobby, which was cold. The breakfast was terrible - sausage was gross and the eggs were hard. That, plus the lady who checked us in was not polite. We won’t be staying there again.

Renovation disaster.

Hotel was under renovation. The room type we booked with whirlpool tub was not available. They gave us a standard room with no price adjustment. There was construction stuff everywhere you had to navigate around to get to our room. Our room had not been renovated and it showed. Breakfast area had tables and chairs stacked up so there was no place to eat food.

One problem

The Hotel was good with the exception of the bed. Both my wife and I were very uncomfortable sleeping in it. I believe it was a cheap mattress and our backs hurt after our stay.

I didn't like, that the jacuzzi is permanently closed off. Pool is, limited. I'm not sure about the tiny gym. The breakfast, was on point, had a nice little bar inside. It was, nice and quiet. Just, how i like it. Although, being in that area you'd think places would close later than 10 or 11. Very few places, 12am or 12:30am. Overall, I liked the room and hotel. Pleasant staff, and cleanliness.
