Located in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, this area is home to families and KU Medical Center residents. The neighborhood features Rosedale Park with a disc golf course, skate area, playing fields, and tennis courts. Nearby, shaded trails in Mount Marty Park lead to the Rosedale Memorial Arch, a WWI veterans tribute. The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit and includes a gate on both sides of the building. If you're bringing pets, please note that both units may share the outdoor space with their animals.

Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
