Cozy home with a back deck and four lawn chairs. A/C works great. Three bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Two bathrooms-one has a tub, toilet, sink and one has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Kitchen is fully supplied with pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, plates, bowls, etc.
Back yard is fully fenced and has deck, grill.
At the end of our street-3 houses down-is a small city park with a walking path, grills, and playground equipment.
