As always, it was easy to check in, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. We don't gamble, but we love the spacious rooms and the huge walk-in showers.

The room was not cleaned properly. We noticed the floor needed to be vacuumed. There was long strands of women's hair in the bathroom on the floor. The shower heads are very clogged and full of lime. Our door was a jar when we checked in. I did have my husband go in before me and make sure the room was secure. The staff in the pizza shop needs to be taught what customer service is. We stopped to get a slice of pizza around 5:30 and we were told all the pizza dough was frozen and would not thaw out for hours. We had a wonderful meal in the Chinese restaurant. The food was flavorful and the staff was amazing. The l sports bar had just opened and they were really struggling keeping up. Twice. We ordered drinks and didn't receive them and had to go ask for them.

The construction and walking out to get to the casino was annoying. Our beds were comfy but had no bed spreads and we had to call for it, and when my husband asked they said for the housekeeping safety we had to leave the room. We just wanted the cover and did it ourself. The casino was very smoky. Not a very good value, almost $400 for one night, which should be $200 in my opinion.

Bathroom could have been more clean but other than that everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful time! Ate at the hops restaurant and hung out in the casino. If we are ever driving back through will definitely stay here. Staff was great!
