Smelled like sewage, elevators didn’t work, no ice in ice machine, pool and hot tub not open, beer at bar was skunky tried many different ones and all of them were bad. This is my second stay at the location and it’s nothing like the first. I’m highly disappointed and would have much rather taken my $200 somewhere else.

The property is absolutely terrible... other than the location. The hotel smells like sewage, the elevator intermittently works, the ice machine barely worked, delt with a barking dog above me, and the fire alarm continuously went off. The fire department showed up to check things out. However, it did not fix the problem. I had enough and checked out a day early. The hotel has refused to reimburse for for one of my 3 nights there. I have contacted both Expedia and BW about the terrible conditions of the hotel. Very poor management. I would suggest spending a few more dollars and staying at a better property.

Hotel smelled like a sewage pipe had burst, a claim supported by the dozen or so industrial blowers running throughout the night in an attempt to dry out the ground floor. Waited 5-10 minutes for service at the front desk. Room was probably a 6/10 cleanliness, hair all over the bathroom. Will be avoiding this hotel going forward.

Pretty Rough

Man, this hotel smelled bad, like damp and not clean. Honestly our room wasn’t bad it was the most pleasant part, but the elevator didn’t work, the pool looked like a wasteland, worked for a one night stay but would not recommend for anything you want to be “nice” which is too bad because the location is great and felt like good be a nice hotel if it got whipped into shape.

Be warned - not worth the guaranteed money!!!!

The afternoon when I walked in there was used exercise equipment placed outside the entrance to the hotel. The lobby check in area had circulation fans blowing everywhere to help with the AC not working and also to remove a horrible smell in the area. Upon checking in, the room had a smell of wet dogs throughout the time I was in the room. Upon looking for ice, I found the half used machine not in service, I had to search the entire hotel before I was directed to an area behind some machines. The pool was closed by the local Health Department, and half drained, with items floating on the water. I stayed out of the room as much as possible until I had to sleep, the bed was fine, but the humidity in the room was unbearable. I showered and left as soon as possible the next morning.

Pool which was the biggest reason we chose this hotel, has been broken more than 6 months, has Dept. Of Health sign on it. Tub faucet and shower head filthy and handle broken. Hall way hot. Weird smell. People just hanging out in front... felt unsafe.. stay away

The walk to our room it was dirty and musky smell. The room as soon as we opened the door it smelled of smoke and sewage. The toilet barely flushed.
