Great Location

Easy access to Arrowhead and Kaufman, but rowdy and loud group congregated outside until early morning hours, keeping us awake. They filled the lobby and made us uncomfortable. TV quit working while we were watching it, but maintenance came up right away to replace it. Tried calling the front desk a couple.of times with no answer, was transferred to an off-site reservation site. Needs some updates and TLC.

The A/C wouldn’t keep room cool set at 72 degrees. We were on the 6th floor so it was at best 75- 78 at best. The ice machine was not working and had to go to another floor for ice. Pop machine was empty as well. Also found some nasty stain that wasn’t blood but can imagine what it was on the sheets. Tried calling down to get no answer at the desk. Don’t recommend coming here. Only thing good is that it’s close to the stadiums. I will be leaving a google review as well.

The property was nice. Convenient to get to the stadiums. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Especially the cheesy hash browns. No hot tub and the poom was quite chilly
