Do not recommend.

This hotel did not match the rating it has on hotels.com. It’s long overdue for a renovation. Mold all over the ceiling in bathroom. Dirty and old. Cracks in tile. Blanket was not clean (blood spots). Food left in fridge. Sub-par breakfast. Black specks in hot water dispenser for tea. Hot water dispenser for oatmeal etc was cold. Staff was friendly however, this hotel needs a serious overhaul.

Great Clean room with a few Inconveniences

We were very surprised how nice and clean the rooms were considering the great price. Unfortunately we only book hotwls with hottubs for a bit of relaxing and it was not working at the time. No warning when booking. I had called prior to confirn they had a hottub i should of asked if it was working. Also the cleaning staff came into our room prior to checkout.

The issue was addressed

Our room had not been properly cleaned. We found a leftover bath towel in the bathroom and hair in the tub and sink. The bathroom and entry way didn't look swept. The management did apologize and give us another room and they made sure we had everything we needed.

Went to check in, and the lady at the desk was super nice! Went up to the room and bedding was dirty. Along with some trash left in the room. Went down let the lady at the desk know. She quickly put us in another room. Bedding appears to be clean however there were some trash left behind. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Bathroom was dirty with chipping paint. If hadn't been a long day of baseball and availability, I would of asked to get out money back and found another hotel. Really disappointed in this one. On a positive note, the breakfast was pretty decent.

Quiet and clean rooms, set back from a busy road so little noise. . Request a room facing the rear since it looks directly out onto a lovely wooded area. Reception was lovely and helpful in getting the right room. Recommend!

The room was nice, but the shower head barely functioned. It took an hour to check in, although I prepaid and the place seemed almost empty (the manager seemed unhinged, because she thought it was fine for me to wait an hour while she argued with Expedia). The breakfast was fine, but I mostly looked forward to the hot tub (which was not available) and a swim (the pool was very cold and looked dirty, so I didn't get in). So, nice room (except crumby shower), okay breakfast, unacceptable pool and no hot tub. I think I should get a partial refund for false advertising.

No hot water, tub didn’t drain well. Bugs and spider webs. I called weeks before arriving and they said they had my joining rooms locked in. Nope that didn’t happen. Very disappointing stay.
