Easy check in process and access to the room. Explained and answered questions I had without hesitation or complaining. Also assisted when something was left behind on locating it and allowing for it to be picked up fast.

Nothing to like about this stay, customer service very rude, horrible housekeeping service, every day they went into my room and ipened curtains, they left somebodys else dirty towrls in the shower and when i threw them in the floor they hang the back in the ahower,, 2 days they went into room and left me whitout towels and trash can, talked to front desk about it and obviously everything got disregarded cse they kept doing it.

The room was exceptionally clean, mattress comfy, and the staff were kind and helpful. We missed having a Gideon Bible in the room. Also my husband smelled mold. Thank you all and GOD bless you.

The cons; there is no ice machine. Stains on curtains and sheets. Hair stuck on curtain rod in bathtub. The remote for the tv was the wrong remote for the tv, front desk staff doesn't understand english enough to have the remote swapped. The pros; friendly staff (because they dont understand english). Its cheap and in a safe location within the 435 loop.
