The room was clean but could use an upgrade in the bathroom tub. The bedding was clean and beds were mud soft and easy to sleep. The room was quiet and temperature was tolerable in the room. The breakfast chef was amazing and accommodated my dietary needs.

We have stayed here a few times but this was one of worst hotel stays I have had. We didn’t get to check in late as we are traveling. The room was dirty there was chips around the bed there was food caked on the lamp on the night side table. , there was no shampoo or conditioner it was 1am when we took showers and there was no room service at this time they got off at midnight. The heat did not work well and it was freezing and there was no comfort or top cover. The k cups that were in the room had been used and left there. The only good thing was that the breakfast was ok.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest for an Embassy Suites. Happy hour lacked the snacks it usually has. Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were not even warm.

The room was fairly clean but we found a ton of trash behind our door, along with stuff all over the wall. We ordered food at the bar inside and after waiting for an hour we were told they were completely out of pizza. There is no hot tub and the pool was not in the best condition. I usually love Embassy Suites but this one was not the best.

Gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed happy hour and our room was clean and comfy. We used the parking service at the hotel to leave our car there during our trip and we took the hotel shuttle to the airport, very convenient! Would stay again!

the crazy parking fee! unable to use the fitness room on sat/sun 1/17 and 1/18 due to dry wall repair. the breakfast was understaffed, little food to pick from as many things ran out...including plates, coffee etc.

The staff was super friendly and nice. The hotel its self however was not like i remember. First of all i got this particular hotel because i thought it had a hot tub but it does not. Niether does it have a sauna like thier sister hotel in des moines. The pool area needs a ton of work the paint was peeling off the walls. The room was nice. Mostly what i expected except the bathroom shower needs something to protect the celing from mold and the caulkin around the tub could have been neater when installed plus a proper vent fan. The staff is super friendly and probably deserves a raise.

The room was good need to renovate it was clean but the beds and sofa were old they only do omelettes with the cook to order breakfast and they charge to park which was unexpected probably will try another hotel next time I come
