Had a staycation. Front desk staff amazing. Bar staff was unmatched! Room are okay. Bed had a crater in the mattress. Slept around it. House keeping slammed trashcan or cart into everything on the 5th floor from 7am to 3pm. Hard to decompress.stayed 2 nights.

The rooms need upgraded. It appears they upgraded the entrance area since our last stay but nothing else. The bathroom counter is too small. The shuttle fan was absolutely the dirtiest. The floors were covered with dirt so badly that you could not put your bag on the floor. The driver however wax very cordial

Fine For An Airport Hotel

It's an older property, but they were actively renovating when I stayed. Nothing that bothered my stay noise wise, but they are renovating. It's fine for an airport hotel and offers parking options with a shuttle.

Bad night

Place was not very clean. The room they gave us was nears exit by smoking area, people were walking in and out and door slammed. Moved to a different room and the room keys wouldn’t work because they were for the wrong room. Then they put us in another room, so we had 3 different rooms in one hour. Crowd was loud and roundly in bar, thought they were going to call police. Needless to say we will never stay at another Sheraton again.

The shuttle was quick and the driver professional and friendly when I got in at midnight. The male reservation clerk was not friendly but the new female clerk was great. He put me on the fourth floor and told me which elevator to take. When I got off the elevator all the doors were open, fans running because it was being remodeled. I went back down and he said I should take the back elevator. He'd placed me in a room by all the work even though there were few people in the hotel. I was right by the hall where the paint fumes were. At 8 a.m. the workers got there and were surprised to see anyone staying on that floor. He didn't put the late check out in so the day clerk called but she was super nice. The server at the restaurant was lovely too, just the one rude clerk.

Super close to the airport and clean facilities

We only stayed on night here at the Four Points. The check in process was very simple and easy. Free parking at the hotel. Felt very safe and close to the airport. The hotel itself is very clean. I would love to stay here again!

Our room was very small, especially the bathroom! No counter space at all. For a handicapped room it was very far from the entrance. There was no refrigerator and a tiny microwave.
