Usually don’t have issues. Hair in the shower from previous guests, room had a funny/outside type of smell. Asked for an early check in was told no and hung up on directly after I replied thank you. Won’t book this one again.

This hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and it had all the amenities listed is perfect working order. My stay was during the recent snowstorm and they were frequently clearing the parking lot of snow and mopping the lobby.

They had several cars with thefts the night before. We asked what they had done to improve guest security and they had no answer. Basically saying buyer beware I guess. Not very good situation. We were not impressed by the environment of hotel. Not coming back!

The rooms were clean. The staff were very professional. I didn’t even know you could have a tray to carry your food back to your room and one of the staff members got me a tray so I could bring my food back to my room without spilling any of it, it’s small things like that. I really appreciate thanks so much everybody. My dog was greeted and treated like the spoiled little girl she was. Really enjoyed our stay.
