Other than the hiccup at check in the hotel was ok. We had to get a new remote and we booked a king bed but a double queen/full instead and let me tell you…. The beds were not comfortable at all. However, we booked the hotel for the proximity to the trolley and Union Station so that was a huge plus for our trip

Great location! The breakfast ladies are so kind, amazing, and even help you plan your day. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Daily room cleaning was the least impressive. But when we had an issue they responded right away. We would stay there again!
