Window got smashed out in the parking lot suggested from staff to use. Was refunded the parking fee, but that doesn’t even amount to the cost of a new window.

Our room was spotless upon arrival! Staff we over the top friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Plenty of shopping and restaurants withing walking distance. Really fun area of town for sports fans.

It was an overall bad experience for how nice of a room we thought we were getting. Check in was slow. The tv remote barely worked. The balcony door did not lock. Couch is uncomfortable. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF our truck along with every other car in the parking lot got its window smashed out. No security and it’s a know issue by leasing company, hotel and surrounding businesses. Hotel refuses to do anything about. Had to pay out of pocket for a window replace. 10/10 would not stay at this hotel again.

We absolutely Love this hotel! We have stayed here two times now and probably will only stay at this hotel everytime we come to KC. The staff are amazing and so nice, property is very safe and quiet. All around amazing!

The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were not comfortable. The shampoo dispenser barely had enough for one wash. We heard the housekeeping radio as we were walking through the hall and the staff were being reminded to check the shower dispensers due to so many complaints.
