We arrived at 1am. We had called the front desk earlier to tell them about our late arrival. The doors were locked which was understandable but the phone outside rang and rang with no answer. I then used my phone to call the front desk which also rang for several minutes before someone came to let us in. We were exhausted and needed to get an early start the next morning and were disappointed that check in was not easy.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but it was just okay. It is right on the highway so it is quite noisy, the shower is a death trap and don't be under 6' to try and reach the shower head that only allows a trickle of water. The bed was a bit on the firmer side and the pillows were all mushy.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff (especially Tyler and Nathan) were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the overnight noise from the construction vehicles next door. Otherwise, couldn't have been a better stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The check in process was a breeze. My hotel room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. The area around the hotel is nice and safe. I highly recommend this hotel.
