I can’t recommend this to anyone

this property is not up to any Hilton standard, outdated bathrooms, not working in the lobby. My air conditioning never worked in my room damage on the ceiling of my room from water.

The only thing my family and I dis-liked was the pool area...the indoor pool area had a lot of dead bugs everywhere in and out of the water. Everything else at the hotel was awesome!!!

Awful stay

The hotel was very outdated, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The tension in the shower rod came loose and fell on me while I was showering. I waited 59 minutes for a shuttle at the Rental Car Center at MCI, calling three times. On the third call, the front desk informed the shuttle driver that I had been waiting for a while in the rental car return area. I also asked about my Honors benefits, but was told I couldn't use them because I booked through Expedia. Overall, I had a disappointing experience due to the poor quality of the room and the lack of proper customer service at the airport. I was glad to leave early this morning at 4:15.
