The manager and front desk staff were all very helpful. We needed a handicap shower chair. The manager went out and found one that was available first thing the next morning. They helped my handicap friend through the payment process allowing her to sit in a chair while checking us in.Staff always pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely lived our time here. It is right next to childrens Mercy, quick to go get food or coffee and most of the staff was great. My main issue was my coffee maker kept leaking but it was on a tray so easy to clean.

Flusher handle came out of toilet tank. Was there3 days & only got fresh towels once. Bed was never made. To get free breakfast you had to pay for breakfast. Which was buffet you paid $12.95. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room adjacent to ours had a party and the noise level was annoying. The rooms had adjoining doors with very little noise protection. The hotel did call the adjacent room to ask them to reduce their noise. It worked for a little while and then subsided at midnight. We will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Was easy to find, night staff were friendly. The room was clean. But the sheets felt very "humid". Breakfast was included with my room. They tried to charge me for my breakfast.

The property was great. The management and staff was great. My problem is with Expedia. Expedia lied to me, they said I could get my room for $44 with taxes and fees, when I got there the hotel said that they never rent rooms at that rate and that Expedia lied to me.

The breakfast was atrocious. I’ve had better breakfasts at Motel 6. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of charging people over $12 to eat that food. I would not recommend eating at Holiday Inn during your stay.

This place is awesome. Everything appears new even the keurig coffee maker! Beds were the best i ever slept in. Very quiet, very clean and John at the front desk was professional and humorous. This Holiday Inn was amazing!!! Right upon checking in, the staff were so friendly. One staff member gave us dinner recommendations, and another gave my son a hot wheels car! The room was clean and cozy. The location couldn’t have been better for us, as we were traveling and just needed a safe and comfy place to stay for the night. There were plenty of stores and places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay!
