The room was excellent and staff was great. What stood out the most is when you walked in and how festive it was with all the Christmas decorations, and the smell of the lobby was a refreshing clean. Very excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to streetcar stops, and affordable for the area. We were traveling with an infant, so liked having the kitchen area in our room. Room was clean and facility was overall in good condition. My only complaint is that the bed was pretty uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress, but this mattress was really hard. There also weren't great pillows.

We were greeted at the front desk. We arrived early and were accommodated with early check in. Our trip to Union Station Christmas lights was spectacular. We came in on the train and it is a quick easy walk to and from the train. We will definitely stay again.

Staying here was a great decision!!! Brian was so helpful. The room was perfect (even had a dishwasher!?!) and it was the BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel!!!! I highly recommend it!
