Indigo stay and How to Train Your Dragon

The stay was great for me and my daughter. Everyone was awesome, from the doorman to the Wisconsinite AGM and the other front desk personnel. They had great suggestions for restaurants, especially the new employee we talked to. We felt very safe. As a matter of fact the front desk person at 4am when we were leaving thought another guest may have said something rude to us and inquired about it right away. He was ready to take care of it had the person said anything untoward. The person was just tipsy and just said “ladies” as he walked past us but the fact that the staff member was alert to that was very reassuring. Thank you so much! I’m only sorry I don’t know his name. He was on duty Sunday morning at 4am so please give him the recognition he deserves for this act of chivalry.

Rooms were nice and staff was checking in with us a couple times a day via text to check in. That was actually nice bacuse you could just text them back whatever you needed.
They texted before we got there if we wanted anything extra special. I responded “can you make it romantic?” And she said “how about a towel arrangement?”

The property and room were amazing. A very neat, quiet, building with charm and class. Room decor and layout was great. The location is perfect if you are attending any events at the Municipal Auditorium, Convention Center or T-Mobile Arena. All within a 5-10 min. walk, as well as Power and Light district, with shopping and many food choices.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a bell hop and while we didn't need his service, he was very courteous and opened doors for us. We parked in the parking garage which was conveniently located by the hotel. Check in was quick, with no issues. The room was very clean and cute, the only thing I wish is that we would have had a view other than a roof of a building, considering we had four windows (one in the bathroom), however being in downtown it probably requires one of the top floors for that. Bathroom was well stocked with everything we might need if something was left at home and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable, I liked that we could close the blinds and have the room be completely dark. We did try the restaurant on site for breakfast, it was good, and customer service was great, pricier than we wanted but worth the cost. Everything is within walking distance or there is a railcar that can be taken, I do wish they had 'desserts' for room delivery, but we were able to get a few things from the onsite convenience area (do NOT buy milk from the restaurant, WAY overpriced for a glass). I highly recommend staying here as we had no issues whatsoever.

Beds were like sleeping on concrete and the AC/heating system is very loud when it kicks on. Also, I asked for my car to no be on the street in front of hotel because I paid $40 for valet. Car wasn't moved to garage until after 1am. Way too much money for a poor valet system.
