The location,convience, front desk,and shuttle earn 5 stars. The restraunt service was extremely slow and average. One female server would open the patio door only to walk in front of an exiting guest while they waited. Some training might be in order.

It was a short stay, but lovely. Super close to the airport and very convenient shuttle that runs regularly. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant was really good and so was the service.

My first room the door wouldn’t lock, but they switched my room with no problems. The shower didn’t want to drain all the way and the water came out brown for about 5 min. The parking lot is pretty dark.

Our flight was cancelled so we chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. The front desk greeted us with a smile, the room was clean and comfortable. We dined in the restaurant and took the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Overall a nice stay - especially when unexpected.

Beautiful people beautiful service beautiful hotel thank you for all of your hospitality. The cookies were amazing. The lemonade was divine and the water was so refreshing. Beautiful views room is clean except for the toilet other than that. Everything was amazing. Quick access to the airport airport shuttle on time 24 seven every 20 minutes clock it Thank you for a short day at an unexpected time if I’m ever in Kansas City Missouri, I’ll be back. The property was run down and old. It needs updating. The gym is super small and there was no outside pool.They only has one waiter working for large breakfast crowds and for lunch. The windows leaked during a rain storm in our room and water was all over the floor. They moved us to another room, but did not over to comp the room or stay.
