The property was run down and old. It needs updating. The gym is super small and there was no outside pool.They only has one waiter working for large breakfast crowds and for lunch. The windows leaked during a rain storm in our room and water was all over the floor. They moved us to another room, but did not over to comp the room or stay.

The hotel from the outside looks old and dated but the interior looks like it had a serious make over and the rooms were very nice, minus the popcorn ceiling but the room and bathroom overall were on par with a Westin Room.

The rooms are very hot and the air conditioning does not cool the room. There is a strong perfume smell that stinks in the lobby and hall way by the elevators. Please get rid of it it’s terrible, it gave me a headache and makes us think you’re trying to cover up a terrible smell. The 7th floor hallway smells musty and the air is stagnant and muggy… terrible air flow in this place. I would not book this place again.

Disappointed

For the price, quite disappointing with the upkeep in the room. Light was broken and hanging loose on the wall. A different light was broken. Shower curtain not on all hooks, just hangs. Bed was comfortable but carpet felt dirty. Maintenance needs to pay attention.

Better than it looks from the outside!

From the outside, it looks like an older Marriott. However, it was a very pleasant surprise inside. The rooms are very nice, newly renovated with hard wood floors and nice finishes. The bathrooms were just ok, nothing amazing, but the rooms were inviting. No room service. Airport shuttle very convenient.
