This studio for 2 bed & breakfast has everything you need from a private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, wifi and TV with access to Netflix. We are located one block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & two blocks from downtown Weston where you can enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming place to stay. An in-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages is provided.
You will be staying in the room Marr Manor at EMA Farm. This studio for 2 guest room gives you the privacy and seclusion of a typical AirBnB while providing you an in-room breakfast like a traditional bed & breakfast. It has a king size bed with a little kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. There is a loveseat and TV for your relaxation along with access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. There is a shared vestibule for the back door if you choose to use it. All linens are provided as well as basic toiletries.
We are a family of 4 with dogs and live upstairs. We try our best to keep noise at a minimum and quiet hours upstairs from 10pm - 8am on weekends and 10pm - 7am on weekdays. We serve an in-room breakfast already in the room for you. We are available via phone or text for any questions you may have.

The neighborhood is quiet and, with our 1849 Antebellum brick home, we hear very little noise.
Parking will be on the road right in front of the house. You will use the lower front door as your private entrance and exit.
You will be a short two-block walk to our downtown shopping district and two of our local wineries as well as a whiskey shop and McCormicks on Main. You will be 1 mile from Historic Weston Orchard and Vineyard and 3 miles from Weston Red Barn Farm and The Farmers House. The trail into Weston State Park is 1 block away. Kansas City Airport is 13 miles away, only a 20-minute drive. To get into many of the attractions Kansas City has to offer, you will only be a 30-minute drive to most attractions.
If you have food allergies or need special food accommodations, please give us 3 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate those. We do not allow smoking on the property. Prior permission must be obtained for additional guests. Please read the house rules prior to booking.
