We stayed there 3 weekends every time the same things were broken or out of order. The juice dispenser never worked the lid was falling off the sausage pan the last time there was no sausage. The batter for the waffles would not come out of the dispenser.

I love staying here when visiting family and when I have an event in KC. Platte is so nice and this hotel offers so much for a really great price. We stayed for two nights this trip but have stayed here many times before and never had any complaints. Employees are very respectful and accommodating and the pool and hot tub are a nice amenity. The rooms are always well kept and clean. If you get room 127 I would request a change because the right bed is not comfortable at all.

I know the "new trend" is getting rid of closets and drawers, that's fine for your 1 night only guests. But we were staying 6 nights and there weren't even hangers to use on the small racks provided we had to go buy our own.. Seems to me you could keep a few rooms with closets for those people with extended stays, you know how long they'll be there when they make the reservation.
