Room was in fair condition, staff courteous, breakfast bar had what appeared mold. Flooring in room was new but put in bad.
This had previously scammed my credit card for damages that were never done, but luckily the room the next night I was able to prove that this time five years later booked online they wouldn’t even give me a room. I didn’t get a refund and they were very rude and told me to just move on. I had a house fire. You just never know what someone’s going through. Terrible people.
The staff was great. There was a slight language challenge with night staff and house keeping which actually helped show how friendly and dedicated they were to meet your request to the best of their ability. At the price you will usually find motels from 1 to 3 star service. They are a 5 star 4star facility. Bargain at 157 for 2 nights.

Room was very outdated. Bed was difficult to sleep in as we each rolled to the center of the bed. It was like bed had no center support.
Staff are friendly and rooms clean. I stay here once or twice a year.

The room was really clean and the staff was super helpful ensuring they had a pet-friendly room. They messaged me back right away while I was on the road to reassure me. We arrived super late (4 a.m.) because of weather and got checked in so fast! We were exhausted so it was appreciated!
Hot tub wasnt hot enough plus switch was broken and duct taped over. Tile coming apart. Pictures were not like the actual building. Breakfast was very limitied room had drywall missing by window
The room was clean and comfortable. We brought our Roku with us to use on the TV which we were able to hook up however the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is really slow so we were unable to use the Roku. The pool was ice cold but the hot tub was nice and warm however the Jets are not very strong. And you don't have to worry about the cleanliness of the pool or hot tub as they use quite a bit of chlorine so prepare to have your eyes burn a little bit. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. And the breakfast was exceptional. There are plenty of things to choose from- cereal, pastries, hot food items such as biscuits sausage and eggs. They also have fruit and juice and yogurt available as well. There are more than enough dining options within a mile of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay.

I didn't stay here. I thought about it, but didn't realize I had made a reservation yet I was charged. This feels like a rip off and I called the hotel three times with nothing being resolved. So I am not sure I will even use Hotels.com again. I would like a refund of the $162.32 that I was charged.
