The space
Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood near Parkhill South High School, with Riverside City Hall, the fire department, and police station all within walking distance.

The home features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bathroom with a stand-up shower, a full kitchen, a dining area that seats up to four adults, and a comfortable living area with a 50-inch TV. The property also includes 1 GB high-speed internet service through Google Fiber.

At the current time, only the main floor (first floor) is available to guests while we update the lower level to add an additional bedroom and bathroom in the near future. Also there is no access to the Backyard or side patio due to construction.
