The staff here is fantastic- from front desk to maintenance. There were some very difficult guests during our stay and the hotel handled their many demands and rudeness extremely well. Because many people were there for the same event there was an for each morning when breakfast was overcrowded and ran out of eggs, coffee, and water. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and has a great view of the city. There area is safe and very close to the city’s free streetcar which we rode to every stop and at all hours without incident (runs 6 am to midnight)- no need to rent a car/ pay for parking and the hotel is in a great location- very easy to ride to Crown Center, Power and Light, museums, plaza shopping, or walk to the convention center. Rooms have kitchens and Walmart and Whole Foods (Amazon) both deliver to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Allowed us a late checkout on New Years Day because I had a race that morning which would put us back at the hotel a little late. Obviously lots of late checkout requests that day. The lady who checked us in, remembered details from our check-in about what all we were doingand referenced it at checkout
