We had a nice stay. Room was clean. Lots of fresh towels and nice pillow choices on the bed and it was comfortable. Nice coffee machine downstairs, too. The breakfast offerings were nice as well.

The staff was not supportive at all. I reported water behind toilet and was told 3 times someone would come check it and nothing. I also went to the staff several times because the water in the shower wasn’t even hot and we had to take cool showers. Barely any water pressure in the sink. But when I went to the staff I advised of my medical condition and how cold showers made my pain worse and I also couldn’t do my Epsom salt soak which helps relive pain and they still didn’t help when it came to hot water in the bathtub which I definitely needed after sleeping on a queen bed that was so damn hard it felt like you were sleeping on concrete. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were in a thing of liquid and then yogurt machine was down. We only went to that hotel as we used to go and get the room with a jacuzzi tub in the room when it was quality inn through choice and yet this experience was terrible. So, the stay definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.

Overall a good value and I will likely return. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, beds, bedding, and pillows were comfy, and housekeeping was attentive. Plenty of quiet for sleeping!

The room was ok for an overnight stay. I left early because the bed was hard and I barely slept. While the staff is friendly I believe they need to improve some things. It really is a place to drive through on your travels just check the bed when you first arrive to make sure its comfortable

The room is clean and they have assorted hot breakfast. The only thing that we don't like about our room, was the noise coming from adjancent interstate was so loud. The window seems like no sounds proofing. I hope the management should work on this problem.
