Unfortunately, when we arrived the temp was 87 in the house. We had to open windows (with large holes in the screens) to sleep. It took a day to cool down the house. One kitchen trash bag overall (for 3 days) and one very flimsy towel per person. The toilets were dirty. No grill or hot tub or coffee maker as advertised. Very spacious and in a good location but those are the only positives. I would like to be refunded for the first night. The host should have prepared the house for our arrival. Plus, we had to buy a coffee maker-

Holes in screens. Not a big issue except we had to open windows to stay in 87 degree house.

Potential but overall a disappointment

The house was big enough for our group and in a good location. We were disappointed, as the reviews stated how clean the property was and that was far from true. The fridge was disgusting and stuff stuck to it. The indoor trash smelled like something was rotten and the trash bins in the garage were very smelly, smelling the whole bottom floor. The carpet is disgusting and stained/dirty. Housekeeping did not clean well- kitchen was dirty and definitley they do not clean under or inside anything. We had 5 wash cloths total for 8 people to stay 3 nights. Had to go buy some. There were personal items from the owners scattered throughout and weird stuffed animals in odd places. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the strangest one. The trampoline is a hazard and should be taken down- no net, partly broken. The grass was not mowed. The laundry room sprung a leak when it rained. The first night we were there we discovered the gas fire place upstairs had been running and no way to turn off other than turning off the gas to it. The switches didn’t work. Dangerous.

Great experience and location

This is a great location, spacious house and easy check in and check out process. We had a great stay there and we really enjoyed the house. The only constructive criticism that I would say is that the house is in need of some repairs, but mostly cosmetic which did not affect our stay and the house could use a really good cleaning.

Daughter’s wedding weekend

-Beautiful home-So spacious, comfortable-The house accommodated all of our needs for us and bride to be-Bedrooms were great, nice size, comfortable beds, big closets with storage space to hang clothes or store folded-i think all bedrooms had ceiling fans and the first floor did also-Big yard for kids-Master bathroom was amazing! A lavish amount of space, large shower had two shower heads, huge closet-Basement bedroom provided a private area with full bath - cooler in basement for those that prefer that-Kitchen was nice size-Freezer had an abundance of ice-Allowed to have guests - a nice plus-Neighborhood good-Reasonably priced-The posting pictures gave fair representation-Hosts responded quickly. They were very pleasant and willing to accommodate needs - I mentioned a few areas that needed more cleaning and they addressed that with the cleaning service. A very nice stay!

Nice big place to stay

We enjoyed our overnight stay and enjoyed having a garage to store the motorcycles. The house is large and there was plenty of room for all of us. Would recommend.

Girls Trip!

We chose this house as it could accommodate 8 ladies for the night. We were able to prepare a full steak dinner with the kitchen supplies. So much room in this home and many bathrooms! It was perfect for our weekend.
