You will also hear city noises (you are located right downtown) and potentially noise from neighbors. This is also an old historic building. The elevator is OLD. But very cool!!! There is no central HVAC. There is a window unit in the summer months and a radiator in colder months. Both work great.

Comfy bed and close to all the fun

This place was great. It came with its own parking spot and was close to all the speakeasys bars, food and fun. The bed was also super comfy memory foam which is very important to me.
