Convenient to sights & KC area. Our room had a leak in ceiling over shower w/black mold starting. They refused to move us to a comparable room or refund our $$. Has a very musty stale odor - they are constantly spraying freshener in halls.

When we walked in, we noticed a wet rug smell, kind of musky. Large fans are placed around as if drying the floor. The smell carried into our room. We were not happy campers to say the least.

The bed was fine, the staff was friendly, but the room smelled of mildew! We kept the air conditioner on all night simply to try to get the horrid smell out of the air. This made it difficult to sleep.

Room was comfortable though it always seemed a bit clammy. Breakfast was OK, but not exciting. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good value for the money.

The location was great for going to a concert at a casino and was literally across the highway from an amusement park,in and out from highway was a bit confusing,had an heavy footed early riser in room above,hotel was basic,clean and exactly what we wanted

They say they have a pool, but really they do but its not in use. So kids were disappointed as we only booked for pool. It was a good stay for the price. Breakfast is only until 9am and very basic. Our towels when we got to room were stained, and hair in bathtub still. It is very close to worlds and oceans of fun and has a gas station right down the road. The light above sink kept turning on in the night waking us up so we eventually had to just take the bulbs out at night. Id say it was a 6/10.
