The staff at this location were friendly and met expectations. However, the condition of the hotel itself was disappointing. The property is noticeably outdated and in need of significant renovation. The room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor upon entry. The bathroom ceiling tiles were porous, moldy, and musty, and the toilet appeared stained. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, the water pressure was very low, and it took an unusually long time to heat up.
While the beds were as expected, all the fabrics in the room carried a musty, unpleasant smell. The floors and walls appeared unclean, with visible stains and spots from spilled food or liquids. The bathroom had noticeable dust and hair along the edges of the floor and tub, which suggested poor attention to detail in housekeeping.
Overall, the cleanliness was well below acceptable standards. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and overall upkeep.
