It was clean, comfy beds, but the hotel is old/dated and didn't always appear really clean. The whole lobby area was cold, no heat. And the heated pool wasn't very warm. Also the rooms hot water wasn't hot. Staff was helpful and the onsite restaurant was really good and good prices. They had pool tables which we enjoyed. Location was good for what we needed.

To begin with, the staff was very friendly at all times; however, the hotel's facilities are not well-maintained—there are many repairs with shoddy workmanship—and specifically in my room, I had to call maintenance twice due to issues in the bathroom, such as a lack of hot water and a clogged toilet and sink!

Well... if you're a fan of heat.. this is a hard pass. The thermostat in both rooms (our first room and the one they moved us to) did not work. I actually got a space heater from Home Depot to make it better during the couple of cold nights. Layout was actually pretty nifty. I'm sure it is hopping in the summer. Right next door to Worlds of Fun. Staff was pleasant and seemed to have a general interest in your stay imbetterment, but lacked the drive. This really could be a swell place. We dug the layout, we enjoyed the overall cleanliness... but you could tell management was masking a lot of old problems.

Hands dans WORST hotel stay EVER! Didn’t have the room I reserved. Gave us a two queen bed room. AFTER unpacking no hot water in shower. Changed rooms. Wasn’t much better. We left at 5:30 am just to get out.

Jessica at front desk was amazing. If only all clerks were as amazing as her. Besides being very beautiful, she was professional, courteous, and cares about the guests. The housekeeping staff were polite and courteous as well. The rooms were clean, however, they need some tlc done to them by somebody that is proud of what they do. Not someone that does work like a slumlord would. Other than that it was great.
