Rented for an intimate wedding

We loved the eclectic decorations and location for our small wedding. unfortunately, we ran into a few issues. We paid extra money to get there at 2 pm and set up and they were cleaning when we got there and it wasn’t ready till closer to 3:30 pm. That wouldn’t normally be that big of a deal but with trying to get ready and decorate for the wedding it actually was pretty stressful. Also, the elevator got stuck when someone was on it and they didn’t respond back until the next morning. We ended up getting the person out but the elevator dinged all night. We really loved the place though! Hate to complain because everything else was perfect.
