The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite! The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells.

Horrible, lack of cleaning and maintenance

Shocking! Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere. Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it! Wardrobe doors falling and noise. Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition. Won’t be coming again. Shocking!!

Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam och läget för hotellet passade oss bra! Rummet vi bodde i var stort och rymligt, vilket var skönt. Dock upplevde vi att hotellet är dåligt underhållet och städningen inte var jättebra. Heltäckningsmattan i rummet såg och kändes smutsig ut, det var små revor och mörka fläckar i tapeten, rostiga inredningsdetaljer i badrummet (ex lamporna). Det var dammigt längst med karmarna i rummet, runt dörren i badrummet, på lamporna och det var stora kalkfläckar på/i badkaret och duschen.
