Convenient and excellent value

Pros: Price, location, breakfast
The hotel is conveniently located at 3mn by foot from metro station Judan (Kaohsiung Arena). The local area has a number of cafes and restaurants. Next to the arena is the nice Hanshin-Judan shopping mall. A leisurely 10mn walk leads to the famous Ruifeng night market. The hotel is not very new but functioning well. My room was very spacious and reasonably comfortable, with a few shortcomings: (1) there is a huge wall to wall window but the glasses were not transparent, (2) there is a tub in the bathroom but no shower curtain, (3) the aircon was too cold and it was impossible to regulate the temperature. The buffet breakfast was very decent and copious. The price was really cheap. All in all, excellent value.
