Hair in the bathtub. Staff couldn’t find my reservation with my hotel.com number. And won’t check for me. Then ask myself to call and check with hotel.com. While I was trying to contact hotel.com, luckily another staff came and checked for me, and found my reservation in like 3 seconds. Pretty obvious the first staff didn’t even check for me. And please note, the check in time is 6pm, which I didn’t look carefully when I booked it and paid extra to check in earlier, which is fine, it was my problem.

整體還不錯，小地方還有進步空間

整體來說還算不錯，人員都很親切，就是幾個小地方還有改進空間 一個是房間地板走起來不平且很多聲音，房間的沙發太軟，軟到無法坐 另一個是櫃台人員有一點小粗心，我入住的時候要我補簽信用卡簽單，後來我才發現根本拿錯了，卡號金額都不對

雙人房是兩張單人床拼的，有高低差。 入住時房間還有煙味。冷氣無法調溫，非常的冷。優點，服務人員態度良好，地點離鬧區近，方便。

隔音超差，服務態度超差，馬桶壞掉，要求要換房，態度很不耐煩。地板還裸空，走路會發出聲音。樓上樓下都聽得道吵鬧聲

離夜市近

飯店距離瑞豊夜市不算遠，但是房間裏面的沙發是壞的，燈光也偏暗，感覺設施都舊舊的，住起來的感覺不是太舒服！不過價錢跟周邊的飯店比起來相對算是低的，如果對整體的環境不是太要求的話，這個價錢也算是物有所值了！
