Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.
