The floors in the room were covered with sand and dirt. Some of the towels were dirty - like soneone had wiped up the floor with them and hung them up. Bathroom tub was very slippery and is a hazard.

The unit was clean and quiet. However, the "pull out sofa bed" was definitely not as advertised. It was very small, cheap, and uncomfortable. Not useable by an adult. Inquiries to management on this issue got no response, either from VRBO, or from Vacasa local manager.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient

We enjoyed our 6 nights here very much. The unit and grounds were beautiful with laid back Hawaiian vibes. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable bed. Lots of dining places you can walk to - loved all the places we tried especially Lava Lava and JoJo's shaved ice. Also fresh malasadas from the Island Country Market for breakfast! There were beach chairs provided in the room which we did not use (too many stairs to lug up & down), I would have liked yoga mats and grab bars in the shower. We still found this to be a fantastic place for the price and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Kauai.

Located in great area for those wanting to explore the island. The charm of this unit and the grounds give great old Hawaiian vibes. Beautiful! Nice welcome gifts and unit was supplied with everything you will need.

Code 4 lock ceased working during our stay. Called Vacasa to rectify...agent helpful but very hard to understand. Local Vacasa person (Daniel) dispatched. Arrived in about 15 minutes and was very helpful and professional. Had us fixed up quickly.

I missed that this property was on the 3rd floor. Plus side was that we didn't have anyone above us making noise. Downside was hauling luggage up and down the steps.
