• Queen size wallbed in the living room (that's a real mattress, not a folding sleeper-sofa mattress)
• Air-conditioned (surprisingly rare on Kauai); dual-zone, in the living room and in the bedroom, with separate controls
• Fully stocked kitchen
• 3rd (top) floor unit, with an elevator in the building
• Walk-in shower, with grab bars
• Grab bar alongside the toilet
• 2 blocks to the center of Kapa'a
• Beach chairs and towels stocked in the unit
• Wi-Fi and cable television included
Resort amenities:
• Pool and Jacuzzi
• Many gas barbecues and picnic tables dotted around the property
• 2 putting greens
• Tennis court
• Shuffleboard court
