Unique Top floor One-Bedroom unit #308 is one of the only two truly one-bedroom units available in the Islander on the Beach resort. It features a separate bedroom with a California King bed; living room with a sofa-sleeper; kitchen with stovetop and dining table.

Spacious lanai running across the total width of the unit. A DEDICATED parking space conveniently located next to the lobby. Gorgeous VIEWS from the unit and lanai!

Our Unit#308 is non-smoking and air conditioned ONE BEDROOM condo features island-inspired décor and charming teak furnishings; two separate ACs (one in each room), two smart TVs, kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and cooking utensils.

A bedroom with a California king size bed. A full size pull-out sofa in the living room. Oversized lanai runs across the total width of the unit, approximately 170 sq. ft

Common area:
Pool/ Hot tub, Gas grills (in pool area ) are available for guests use.
There is no onsite laundry facility available, however, a few laundromats are located in the nearby area.

Unit's amenities include: Hawaiian style furnishings designed by Wayne Parker, Hawaiian artwork, travertine stone flooring, wet bar, wood cabinets, granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting, and onyx tile backsplash, two smart LCD TV, cable TV and electronic safe.
